Day One

BREAK HER OPEN

Day one begins with powerful movement and music to get you in your body, followed by a symbolic funeral to release the woman you no longer want to be.

You’ll write her eulogy, confront what’s been holding you back, and step into deep emotional release through mirror work, visualisations, and core wound exploration. Group interventions and anchoring exercises help you ground the shifts.

For those staying for the full immersive experience, as the sun sets, the energy softens into connection and healing. You’ll join us for a welcome cocktail dinner and mingle, before entering a powerful evening journey of cacao ceremony, sound healing, breathwork, and guided sleep hypnosis to integrate your transformation.

Day Two

DESIGN HER

Day two invites you to design the woman you’re becoming.

For those attending the full experience we will start our day with a sunrise meditation in silence to ground your energy before the shift.

Everyone will then dive into clarity with the powerful WTFDYW (What the F*ck Do You Want) session, followed by deep work on values alignment, goal setting, and integrating your masculine and feminine energies. You’ll explore the archetypes that shape you and begin crafting a vision you actually want to live in.

Then we dial it up. You’ll step into personal power through styling rituals and a transformation session that brings HER to life.

As night falls, those attending the full immersion will crack your nervous system open—in the best way. Ice baths meet fierce fire rage release. You’ll share stories, eat together, and finish the night in full-body expression with a silent disco dance party under the stars.

Day Three

BUILD HER

Day three is all about integration and activation. For those joining the full 3-day immersive experience, we begin with a sacred women’s sunrise circle to anchor your energy, followed by powerful embodiment work to clear fear and unlock your voice.

From there, everyone joins in as you speak, rap, and own your story—claiming your presence in ways you never have before. Then comes the moment: a runway catwalk and professional photoshoot to capture HER in all her glory.

We’ll close the experience with a deeply grounding self-love ritual, a heartfelt group circle, and one final declaration of who you now are. Whether you’ve dipped a toe or dived all in—you’ll walk out of this room changed. Anchored. Activated. Fully HER.

What time is the day event?

Day Pass ticket holders can access all daily workshops and activities from approximately 9:00am to 5:00pm (exact times will be confirmed in your welcome pack).

How do I get to the Yarra Valley?

The Yarra Valley is just over an hour from Melbourne. We’ll provide travel recommendations and directions closer to the event, including transfers from key transport hubs.

I’m coming from interstate—can I stay extra nights?

Yes! Extra nights before or after the event can be arranged directly with our venue (subject to availability).

What is your cancellation policy?

Your deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations after November 2025: 50% cancellation fee applies.

Cancellations after February 2026: 100% cancellation fee applies.

We understand life happens, so if you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another person (subject to our approval).

Can I transfer or resell my ticket?

Yes—tickets can be gifted or privately sold to another attendee if you can no longer make it. Public resales (including posting on social media or ticket resale sites) are strictly prohibited to protect the integrity and safety of the event.

What does shared accommodation look like?
